This is a GREAT space! We've never had a problem renting this out, and we've had the best luck with tenants! They've ALL been great!! We currently get $1,200 a month in rent for this apartment. It has a bedroom and a loft space above the bedroom, which can be reached by the great spiral staircase that you can see in the pictures.
It is a HUGE space. As close to NYC living as you can probably get in New Haven! We actually lived in this apartment for 12 years. And one of the best features, probably in this economy, is the fact that there is a wood stove!!
