Across the street are several beautiful condos that are overlooking the Quinnipiac River. There are also some incomplete condos that have been sitting there for a few years, along with an empty lot. The time is almost here, where they will be built to completion. We've corresponded with the builders on several occasions. And they are very close to getting the 'thumbs up' to begin working. They actually have recently put a new roof on the existing building. Which always indicates a good sign.
The builder/owner actually gave us a copy of what they are going to look like. So we thought we'd share them with you.
Just think. You can own a beautiful home that will most likely be in high demand once these condos are complete and reconfirm how wonderful this neighborhood is!
